As part of our Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week, on Wednesday 1st May, for World Maternal Mental Health Day, we are launching our annual coffee morning, which ironically is called “Tea for Me”.
Tea for Me is all about getting parents together, both Mums and Dads, enjoying a cup of tea or coffee, whilst meeting other parents. The focus is to open those conversations on Perinatal Mental Health.
Whilst we will be hosting our own Tea for Me event at The Secret Garden Tea Room at Ragworth Neighbourhood Centre in Stockton-on-Tees (where our office is based), we have downloadable materials so you can host your own.
So whether you want to host a Tea for Me event at home with family/friends, at a local café or in the workplace, we will provide the materials for this, all you have to provide is the teas and coffees!
If you host your own event, please do tag us in your social media posts and use #TeaForMe
For more details on our campaign for the rest of the week, see the pinned post on our Facebook page.
Vinyl Long Play kicks off your summer in style with a bigger than usual event with even more acts than usual, we are so very proud to bring you….
Being so close to World Mental Health Week this is going to be a fundraiser for the amazing Teesside charity Raindrops to Rainbows (More about that nearer the time)
